Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture
Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers
Generate and convert sales leads
Achieve monthly and individual sales targets
Maintain solid customer relationships
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
Maintain basic sales records and follow-up details
