Waxys is growing, and we’re looking for a B2B Sales & Customer Support Executive who can turn enquiries into long-term clients — and make sure they continue having a excellent experience after the deal is closed.
This is a hands-on role covering the complete client journey: calling leads, nurturing prospects, presenting our work, closing deals, onboarding clients and providing ongoing support.
What you’ll do
Call and follow up with incoming B2B leads
Understand client requirements and identify the right opportunity
Nurture prospects through regular follow-ups
Present Waxys, our work and our offerings confidently
Prepare and communicate proposals/offers clearly
Close deals and coordinate client onboarding
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients
Handle client queries and provide timely customer support
Maintain follow-up schedules, records and agreed SLAs
Coordinate internally to ensure client requirements are delivered smoothly
What we’re looking for
Excellent spoken and written English
Solid communication and presentation skills
Confidence speaking with business owners, decision-makers and clients
Good follow-up discipline — you don’t let promising leads disappear
Ability to nurture relationships instead of relying on aggressive selling
Comfortable working with targets and taking ownership of deals
Organised enough to manage multiple clients and maintain SLAs
Friendly, professional and solution-oriented with customers
Freshers and early-career candidates with robust communication skills are welcome
