Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented Orthopedic Implant Sales Executive to promote and sell orthopedic implants and surgical products to orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, purchase teams and distributors.
Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Provide product support during surgical procedures as per company guidelines.
Manage distributors, orders, stock availability and follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Participate in medical conferences,
exhibitions and promotional activities.
Territory / Travel
Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh (MP)
Key markets include Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior.
Extensive travel across the assigned region is required.
Qualification & Experience
2–5 years of experience in orthopedic implant / medical device sales preferred.
Experience handling orthopedic surgeons, hospitals and distributors will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of orthopedic products, anatomy and surgical applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
