Role Description The Accountant will be responsible for managing and reviewing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a range of clients. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, filing GST returns, supporting statutory audits,



ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations. The role also includes liaising with clients, responding to queries, and providing accounting support for project financing and management consultancy assignments.

Qualifications
Robust proficiency in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
Ability to perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial data review with attention to detail.
Comfort with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
Transparent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven workplace.
