This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kozhikode.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for managing customer, generating and following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting company products and services, and converting leads into sales. The role involves actively communicating with prospective and existing customers, addressing their queries and concerns, maintaining solid business relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
This role is entirely sales-focused with strict monthly targets.
Identify and target opportunities across existing and current prospects through cold calling and tele-calling.



Prepare regular reports and analyses of achievements, prospects and performance against plan KPIs.
Fluency in English is required.
Minimum 1–2-year experience in sales is mandatory
Responsible for selling Broadband connection, telephone line and digital products to business customers.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the company’s customer and profit base Maintains knowledge of day-to-day market developments and accurately assesses the opportunities provided.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred
Residing in or near Calicut / Kozhikode.
