Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial reports, and management dashboards.
Collect, verify, analyze, and consolidate financial and operational data from various sources.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and financial models.
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, and other key financial indicators.
Prepare budget versus actual reports and perform variance analysis to identify significant deviations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and management reporting.
Maintain and review accounting data, ledgers, schedules, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end book closure activities.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and management accounts.
Support GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and other statutory compliance activities as required.
Assist in audit preparation by providing reconciliations, schedules, financial data, and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies, errors, trends, and key financial insights through data analysis.
Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and integrity of financial data across reports and accounting records.
Coordinate with accounts, finance, operations, and other departments to collect information and ensure timely reporting.
Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, reports, presentations, and business updates.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
Provide data-driven insights to management to support financial and business decision-making.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned MIS and finance-related activities.

Preferred Qualification
CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualified.
Robust knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
