Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business and field service requirements.
Configure Service Territories, Work Types, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies.
Integrate FSL with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external enterprise systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize field service operations, workforce scheduling, and mobile technician experiences.
