Role Description The Deputy Manager/Manager – Commercial Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The role is responsible for driving commercial sales activities, including identifying prospective school clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, and monitoring market trends to support business planning. The Deputy Manager/Manager will be expected to provide regular sales forecasts, contribute to sales strategy, and uphold high standards of customer service and qualified communication.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles and achieving targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust, handle queries, and present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
