What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day operations, facilities, and amenities
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor teams
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and IT for seamless workflows
- Control costs and oversee invoicing & collections
- Deliver exceptional member experience, onboarding, and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
- 2+ years of experience in operations management (coworking/hospitality preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Passion for community building and coworking culture
