We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to manage HR operations and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee relations.
Manage performance appraisal, promotions, and talent management processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate Learning & Development initiatives.
Manage compensation, perks, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce reports.
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and HR strategy.
Lead and mentor the HR team and improve HR processes.

Requirements
Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with HRMS and MS Excel preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
