We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups.
Counsel students and parents regarding UG -PG courses
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve sales targets.
Build solid relationships with students and prospective customers.
Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.
Requirements
Minimum 1 Year of experience in Sales is mandatory.
UG-PG Experience Is Mandatory
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. andAny one sout Language Is Mandatory
Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and passionate about building a career in sales.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
