a. Availability against Safety stock (SS)
b. Recovery time c. Forecast consumption variations d. Root cause for stock below safety levels
Take it up with relevant supply planner and acquire revival plan in case of stock below SS.
Raise the red flag with Business planner if forecast consumption is faster than usual trend.
Implement actions to prevent future recurrence of those reason codes of root causes identified.
