Role Description The Senior Field Service Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Jamnagar. This role is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing construction equipment, excavator at customer locations. Daily activities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

The Senior Field Service

Engineer provides technical support, advises customers on proper equipment usage and care, and maintains transparent service documentation and reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for spare parts,



ensuring timely resolution of service requests, and supporting junior technicians with guidance and training.

Qualifications
Strong field service experience with industrial or construction equipment, including on-site installation and repair.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve complex technical issues.
Background in technical support, including clear communication of technical information to customers and internal teams.
Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance practices, inspection routines, and reliability-focused servicing.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation and maintain accurate service records.
Willingness to work in field conditions, travel locally as required, and adhere to safety standards and procedures.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior technicians is preferred.
