What you’ll do
Own creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Research customer psychology, pain points and buying triggers.
Develop buyer personas, messaging frameworks and creative angles.
Write hooks, concepts, scripts, headlines and CTAs.
Create detailed briefs for editors and designers.
Analyze winning and losing ads to identify creative patterns.
Develop and rapidly test creative concepts and variations.
Work with editors and designers to bring concepts to life.
Use ROAS, CTR, CPA and conversion data to guide creative decisions.
Research competitors, trends and emerging creative formats.
Shape the creative roadmap across Triplespeed’s app portfolio.
Build systems to produce and test winning creatives at scale.
Grow into a leadership role and help build the creative team.

Who we’re looking for




1–5 years in direct-response copywriting, creative strategy or performance marketing.
Robust understanding of Meta, TikTok and YouTube advertising.
Experience creating performance-driven ads with measurable results.
Strong direct-response copywriting and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion.
Comfortable using performance data to make creative decisions.
Able to turn strategy into clear briefs for designers and editors.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership workplace.
Portfolio of ads or campaigns, ideally with performance metrics.
Based in Bangalore and open to working 5 days in-office.

Helpful but not required

Experience with DTC brands, consumer apps, subscription businesses, UGC, performance marketing teams, media buying, AI creative tools, and writing for US consumers.
