Revenue & Buyer Growth
Own and deliver annual revenue targets across e-Auction service charges and Membership verticals, broken down into quarterly, monthly, and weekly milestones.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of recent buyers through online research, field visits, networking, and targeted outreach.
Ensure 100% retention of existing buyers; proactively identify and address churn risk.
Maximize buyer participation in every auction to drive the best possible outcomes for clients.
Responsible for achieving 100% of assigned team targets.
Auction Marketing & Execution
Co-plan auctions with buyers and clients; ensure seamless end-to-end execution in collaboration with operations.
Deploy strategic marketing across multiple channels to promote materials and drive auction participation.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure buyers receive benchmark pricing.
Plan, monitor, and optimize listed auctions to improve conversion and satisfaction.
Identify and resolve material dispatch-related issues quickly and effectively.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and enable the marketing team across branches to hit qualitative and quantitative targets.
Set clear, streamlined processes for consistent goal achievement.
Distribute auction and business targets to the team; monitor and course-correct as needed.
Identify and develop future leadership talent; delegate responsibilities to build bench strength.
Strategy & Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity and market trends; use insights to sharpen marketing strategy.
Conduct field visits, gather market feedback, and share findings with senior leadership.
Work cross-functionally with Business Development and Operations to ensure a seamless buyer and client experience.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
8–14 years of total experience in marketing, sales, or business development in a B2B workplace, ideally in industrial products, commodities, or auction/e-commerce platforms.
At least 6 years in a people-leadership role, managing geographically distributed marketing teams.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and buyer acquisition targets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
