We are now looking for two Senior Developers/second line support for Skynet service.

Descriptions of Responsibilities within the Role:
Member of the 2nd line Service team, handling normal service activities.
Service work will be combined with continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Understand the business needs and translate them to technical requirements and solutions.
Trouble shooting and solving incidents & service requests
Knowledge about applications architecture set-up and global implementations for effective resolution of issues.
Develop and/or test recent functionality requested through continuous improvement initiatives or projects.
