About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Multimedia Designer to manage end-to-end visual content creation for brand, marketing, and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both digital graphic design and video production (shooting, editing, and post-production), with a sharp eye for storytelling and visual quality across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for brand films, ads, and social media
Own the complete video production lifecycle—from concept to final delivery
Design high-impact static creatives, digital ads, and marketing graphics for online channels
Capture cinematic footage using skilled cameras, lighting,



and audio setups
Edit videos with robust narrative flow, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual stories
Optimize video content for different digital platforms and formats
Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all video outputs
Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
Key Skills & Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and camera movement
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory) and cinematography (composition, lighting, camera movement)
Strong storytelling skills, editing judgment, and attention to detail
Ability to work independen
