Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports that support business operations and decision-making. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting and supervising the MIS team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting systems.
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with various departments to collect and consolidate data.
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Maintain database records and ensure proper documentation.
Handle data extraction, cleaning, and reconciliation activities.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.
Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Support, guide, and supervise the MIS team in daily operations.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of reports.
Train junior MIS executives on reporting standards, Excel tools, and data management processes.




Ensure smooth coordination within the MIS department and with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.)
Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis.
Team handling and supervision skills.
Valuable understanding of databases and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
Certification in Advanced Excel, or Data Analytics is preferred.

Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data management, or business analysis.

Salary : 25k - 28k per month.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
