Job Overview:
The Sr Procurement Representative works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Associate Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases




Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services
Take appropriate and timely action to correct errors and suggest changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring
Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures, including participation in compliance audits
Supports a broad range of internal stakeholders across multiple divisions
Assist with on boarding of recent associates and guide newer associates on process

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field
6+ years of experience in shared services, finance, supply chain operations or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Finance. Or in process of completing an advanced degree
Demonstrated history of teamwork and project management skills
