Position: ServiceNow Developer – Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore

Skills
12+ years of overall IT experience with robust ServiceNow development background.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro implementation.
Strong knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, and Procurement workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Glide APIs.
Robust experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Valuable understanding of hardware asset lifecycle, stockroom management, inventory audits,



model normalization, and compliance tracking.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with tools like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work with architects, business analysts, process owners, and client stakeholders.
