Requirements

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to test software applications thoroughly and systems

- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking systems

- Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and provide input on test ability and usability aspects during the design phase

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software meets quality standards

- Conduct manual exploratory testing to uncover any potential issues that may have been missed during structured testing

- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data

- Work closely with cross -functional teams to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery of high -quality software

- Participate in product and feature reviews to provide feedback on quality -related aspects

- Stay up -to -date with industry trends and best practices in manual testing methodologies, tools, and technologies





- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and promote best practices within the team

- Working knowledge of JIRA or other relevant testing tools is must



Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Manual QA Test Engineer or in a similar role

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes

- Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts

- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools

- Solid knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross -functional teams

- Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills

- Detail -oriented with solid organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast -paced workplace and handle multiple projects simultaneously
