Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and effective audience engagement.

The Social Media Marketing

Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize content and posting strategies, and implement SMO techniques to increase reach and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams for content assets, monitoring social channels, responding to audience interactions, and aligning social media efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives. Planning social media calendars and directing brand strategy and shoots. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to continuously refine strategy.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills,



with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to craft transparent messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, defining brand tone, and aligning content with marketing objectives.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Digital Marketing, including understanding of paid social, analytics, and performance measurement.
Relevant experience in agency or in-house marketing environments, preferably in social media-focused roles.
Ability to interpret data, use social media analytics tools, and make data-informed recommendations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
