We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, labour, productivity and workmanship at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
Manage labour and contractor teams at site.
Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and drawings.
Monitor manpower and productivity.
Check workmanship and quality of execution.
Coordinate with engineers and contractors.
Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Maintain site housekeeping and safety.
Report daily progress and site issues to the concerned engineer.
Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.
Robust practical knowledge of construction activities.
Ability to manage labour and contractor teams.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Robust discipline, coordination and leadership skills.
