- Daily Physical Receipts, Stacking, Issues, Returns & Inspection of materials

- Expediting for system preparation of IR/GRN/MIN/MRN for physical receipts/issues/returns/stock transfers, in SAP (MM Module).

- Proven track record of working in Materials Department

- Perpetual Inventory Verification, physical Inspection of Material.

- Handling preservation process.OGP& NRGP process.

- Materials issue for routine and project activities.

- Provide effective logistics and administrative support for the timely and successful project takeover

- Organize logistics and material handling resources, such as trailers, cranes, manpower, lifting tools/ tackles.

- Manage Scrap sales related activities like management of Scrap Yard and all the Receipt, Issue and dispatch activity organizing with assistances of supervisors and Labors team.

- Coordinate for material issue, binning, storage, preservation, transfer, issue & reconciliation of material.

- Involved Internal and third party audits towards material handling and legal safety, process improvement audits.
