About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business requirements, product support, and development for our software product. You will clarify requirements, prepare SRS/BRD documentation, manage Jira tickets, support testing/UAT, and communicate with Netherlands-based stakeholders. This role also involves using AI tools (Claude) to improve documentation and support workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and clarify business requirements, customer questions, and support issues
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and SRS/functional documentation
- Create and manage Jira tickets bugs, user stories, requirements with clear descriptions and priorities
- Review, reproduce, and document product issues; assess priority and impact
- Test completed tickets against requirements; support UAT
- Communicate clearly in English with developers, internal teams, and international (Netherlands) stakeholders




- Use Claude/AI tools to improve documentation, tickets, and support workflows

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Support Executive, or similar role in a software/IT company
- Experience preparing SRS, BRD, FRD, or similar requirement documents
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Robust communication and structured documentation skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SaaS or web-based products
- Experience with software testing, user stories, or test cases
- Experience working with international teams
- Interest in AI tools, prompt writing, or workflow automation
