The Tele Debt Management team supports customers in managing their dues by engaging with them directly and assisting with suitable repayment solutions. The team ensures a customer-centric approach while adhering to legal and organizational standards, contributing to overall portfolio health.
About the Role
As a Debt Management Executive, you will work closely with customers to help them manage their dues by communicating effectively and setting up feasible repayment plans. The role involves ensuring timely payments, resolving payment-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and meeting defined goals while adhering to legal and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful collections and meet performance targets.
- Communicate the repercussions of defaulting on loan repayments to customers.
- Make reminder calls to delinquent customers who have missed their EMI payments.
- Coordinate with Field Executives and provide assistance as required.
Must Haves
- Minimum qualification: 12th-grade education or graduation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; observant and presentable.
- Basic knowledge of the internet and search engine usage.
- DRA certification (preferred, not mandatory).
