We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned BPO, outsourcing, and business services requirements.

The role will lead sourcing and recruitment activities, manage a team of recruiters, build sustainable talent pipelines, and work closely with

stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned BPO and business services roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Lead and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing requirements.
- Monitor recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and recruitment delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable local labour requirements.




- Prepare accurate and timely recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or business services.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience managing or supervising a recruitment team is required.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries or international markets is highly preferred.
- Robust sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
