Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy & timely closure.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws & statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with site HR/Payroll teams for attendance, payroll inputs and employee data.
Resolve payroll-related employee queries and maintain accurate payroll records.
Manage site coordination and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes across locations.
Prepare payroll MIS, compliance reports, and management dashboards.

Candidate Profile

815 years of experience in HR Payroll & Compliance
Solid hands-on experience in Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance
Experience in Site HR / Multi-location Coordination preferred
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS & Labour Compliance
Strong Excel & HRMS skills with excellent coordination abilities
