Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage direct channel sales activities to achieve targets in Punjab & Haryana region.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life insurance products.

- Identify recent business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers about our offerings.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
