We are looking for Manager - Production Supervisor with strong experience in (Enclosure Panel Sheet metal) Sheet metal Industry background. This Opportunity for a reputed MNC Organization based at Bangalore Location.

Role Overview:
Experienced Production / Manufacturing professional to manage production operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Lean Manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production/manufacturing activities and lead teams to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure production schedules are achieved within cost, quality and lead-time objectives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, SPS, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, safety and quality systems, including incident and near-miss management.
- Conduct Short Interval Management (SIM) and monitor key production KPIs.
- Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, training and team versatility.
- Coordinate load/resource balancing with the Manufacturing Manager.
- Spend significant time on the shop floor to monitor operations and remove production barriers.
- Adjust manufacturing programs based on customer priorities and production requirements.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement and waste reduction.
- Participate in CAPEX/investment proposals, plant-level projects and action plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and operational performance.
- Support performance monitoring through LDS / DISS / MES / ERP and other digital tools.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Production Management.
- Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
- Experience leading and managing manufacturing teams.
- Solid knowledge of 5S, Quality Improvement, Problem Solving and Performance Management.
- Good analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MES / ERP / Manufacturing Performance Tools.
- Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity and Customer Delivery.
