About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Broker & Channel Partner Development

- Identify and approach stock brokers, sub-brokers, wealth managers, CAs and financial advisors.

2. Direct Customer Acquisition

- Identify potential customers who may have unclaimed shares, dividends, physical share certificates or IEPF-related claims.

3. Sales & Lead Management

- Regularly follow up with prospects and referral partners.
- Update lead and customer information in CRM/management systems.
- Coordinate with the operations team after customer onboarding.

4. Market Development

- Identify new markets and potential customer segments.

- Strong field sales and business development ability.
- Relationship-building and networking skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.




- Comfortable meeting customers and business partners personally.
