Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales of life insurance products through bancassurance channels.

- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to policy servicing.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as premium collected, policies sold, etc.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
