Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDEs). In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. This role demands strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
