Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners about upGrad’s programs and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrolment.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails,
and virtual counselling sessions.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with learners.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
- Support and guide junior team members whenever required.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and ownership in day-to-day activities.
