Job Designation Service Executive

Location: Noida / Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience Required
Experience in servicing VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume), RA (Room Air Conditioning), and SA (Split Air Conditioning) systems.
Hands-on experience in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for VRV, RA, and SA systems.
Handle AMC customer conversations, addressing service queries, complaints, and maintenance schedules professionally.
Prepare and process AMC billing accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely invoicing.
Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and ensure maximum renewal conversion.
Educate customers on the benefits and importance of AMC, creating awareness about preventive maintenance and value-added services.
Coordinate with service engineers and customers to schedule maintenance visits.
Maintain service records, AMC documentation, and customer databases.




Ensure timely closure of service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Generate service reports and update CRM/ERP systems as required.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term service contracts.
Required Skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, especially VRV, RA, and SA.
Understanding of AMC processes, billing, and renewal management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Good organizational and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Any Graduate.
Relevant experience in HVAC service and AMC management.
Customer-focused with robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally, if required, for customer visits and service coordination.
