Roles and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, replication, account lockout, and Group Policy issues using standard operational tools.
Provide Active Directory and Azure identity support for user, group, and access changes.
Support privileged access operations, access request fulfillment, and periodic access reviews.
Collect and maintain audit evidence for access reviews and related identity activities.
Coordinate with Security, Operations, Application Owners, and service providers on onboarding, incidents, and changes.

Skills Required:
7 - 10 years of experience in Active Directory and identity/access support
Active Directory (AD) support and troubleshooting
Azure Active Directory support
IAM concepts and identity access management
Group Policy (GPO) and core directory services issue resolution

Valuable to Have:
DHCP
DNS
GPO
Azure AD
Entra ID

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
