We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Faculty to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation, positive programming knowledge, and practical expertise in Advanced Excel and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build job-ready technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in software and programming.
Teach programming concepts and demonstrate practical applications through hands-on exercises.
Train students in Advanced Excel, including formulas, functions, data analysis, dashboards, and automation.
Provide practical training in Power BI, including data visualization, reporting, dashboards, and basic data modeling.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in completing practical projects and developing industry-relevant skills.
Keep training content updated with current software and technology trends.
Create a positive and interactive learning workplace for students.

Requirements




Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of programming languages.
Good practical knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Strong understanding of Power BI and data visualization.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Passion for teaching and helping students develop practical skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in software training, teaching, or the IT industry.
Knowledge of multiple programming languages.
Experience creating Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data analysis solutions.
Practical experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
