Job Purpose/summary:

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Sr Specialist will be overall responsible to drive Maersk vision supported with tools for Contract Management & Sales team.

The role is responsible for executing CI strategies, driving process quality & capability building, supporting cross-functional change initiatives, and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation through structured improvement frameworks across the GSC network (The Maersk Way).

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites (GSC Maersk Standard Operating System GMOS)
Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
Support/Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Partner with Global Process Lead & Platform teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.




Orchestrate automation opportunities across processes & prioritize basis business perks.
Support Contract Management & Sales related projects
