Blue Yonder Functional Consultant – Job Description

Lead business requirement workshops, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis to design Blue Yonder supply chain solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
Configure and implement Blue Yonder Planning, WMS, TMS, Labor Management, SCPO, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization modules.
Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution blueprints, process flows, and system configuration specifications.
Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate business sign-offs.
Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and adoption.




Support master data management, configuration validation, process optimization, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Deliver end-user training, create user guides, SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, continuous improvement recommendations, and enhancement roadmaps for Blue Yonder solutions.

Preferred Skills: Blue Yonder WMS, TMS, SCPO, Demand & Fulfillment, Inventory Optimization, Labor Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Planning.
