Position Title: Assistant Manager – Production




Reports To: DGM - Production and Maintenance
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Bengaluru

Purpose of the role

Responsible for managing and optimizing the complete value chain from Planning to final product delivery. The role ensures seamless coordination across planning, procurement, supplier management, production, quality, logistics, maintenance, and continuous improvement functions to achieve customer commitments, operational excellence, inventory optimization, and cost competitiveness.
The position serves as the coordinator across internal teams ensure material availability, production continuity, delivery performance, quality compliance and Safety.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end value chain ownership from Planning to final product delivery.
Prepare and drive monthly and daily production plans to meet deliveries.
Ensure availability of components and manufacturing resources
