As a Senior Associate - Record to Report (RTR) - Finance Operations, you will collaborate with client and project teams to transform finance functions, optimizing Record to Report processes. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with CFOs and finance leaders to diagnose current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and control in financial reporting.



This role involves leveraging Workiva's connected platform to enable real-time, auditable reporting and streamline financial close processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
