Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong BFSI domain expertise to join our Solution & Quality CoE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business requirements, process analysis, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and end-to-end requirement ownership.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of BFSI experience and demonstrated experience independently managing requirements through the complete delivery lifecycle, from elicitation to UAT sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discussions.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs/FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional requirements.
Create as-is and to-be process flows using BPMN/UML and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io.
Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for change requests.
Work closely with Product, Business, Development,



and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support backlog grooming, prioritisation, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Own requirements traceability (RTM) and support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
Lead client-facing workshops and independently manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Identify regulatory and compliance implications within the relevant BFSI domain.
Contribute to product enhancements, continuous improvement, pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
Support standardisation of BA processes, documentation, templates, and best practices.

6+ years of total experience with 4+ years of core Business Analyst experience.
3+ years of mandatory BFSI domain experience.
Strong requirements engineering: BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases.
Process modelling using BPMN/UML.
