About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer-facing software implementation projects. The successful candidate will manage project delivery, customer relationships, project governance, and financial performance while ensuring successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Implementation PM is responsible for all aspects of project management including direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of software implementation projects while ensuring alignment with SAS strategy, customer expectations, and business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Leads customer-facing software implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.
Manages project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Serves as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
Provides project governance, progress reporting, and status communications.




Coordinates project resources, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Monitors project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
Ensures project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and customer expectations.
Supports post-implementation activities and transition to support teams.
Contributes to proposal development and other pre-sales activities as needed.

Contributes to consulting practice development and operational excellence.
