Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process Controller expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- The Test Lead has additional responsibilities around leadership, reporting, and liaising directly with Suzanne.
- 2–5 years in process control or automation environments
- Needs monitors and manages robotic process automation (RPA) workflows, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime & oversee bot execution, address exceptions, and escalate technical issues as needed.
- should involves coordinating with teams, logging incidents, and optimizing RPA processes to meet service level agreements and support continuous improvement. Robust knowledge of automation tools, attention to detail, and problem-solving
