Role Overview
As Stock Controller within our Retail department, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the depot — managing stock allocation, reconciliation, and returns while ensuring the physical inventory behind our customer promises is always accurate, tracked, and accounted for.



You'll also be the first line of resolution when products need troubleshooting or warranty repairs, bridging the gap between customers, the sales team, and the warehouse.
What you'll actually be doing
As Stock Controller within our Retail department, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the depot — managing stock allocation, reconciliation, and returns while ensuring the physical inventory behind our customer promises is always accurate, tracked, and accounted for.
Stock allocation, reconciliation, and audits — Receive, allocate, and reconcile stock for sales activities, conduct regular audits, and ensure all inventory is accurately tracked across systems and reports — catching discrepancies early and resolving them rapid.
Inventory tracking, returns, and depot standards — Oversee end-to-end inventory movement including timely returns to the warehouse, and maintain the depot to a consistently high physical standard that reflects M-KOPA's operational culture.
