We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, ensure maximum equipment uptime, implement preventive maintenance systems, and support continuous production with minimal breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and reduced downtime
- Manage mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance teams
- Develop maintenance schedules and SOPs
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations
- Implement TPM, CMMS, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and ISO standards
- Analyze breakdowns and implement root cause corrective actions
- Prepare maintenance MIS and KPI reports
