Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Law preferred) or equivalent experience
Relevant Experience:
1–2 years of experience in a corporate or in -house environment, preferably in contractual compliance or contract management (2 -3 years of overall experience)
Must Have Skills:
1. Contract reading and interpretation
2. Contractual compliance and risk management
3. Documentation and audit support
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
6.Attention to detail and organizational skills
7.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
8. Experience working in high -pressure environmentsValuable Have Skills:
Law degree or Contract Management certification
Familiarity with database systems (SharePoint or similar)




Experience with CRM/onboarding systems (Bullhorn / Bullhorn Back Office)
Ability to quickly learn and follow new processes
Continuous learning mindsetRoles and Responsibility:
Identify, document, and communicate client contract requirements to internal stakeholders
Ensure contractor contract templates align with client terms and compliance standards
Support internal audits related to contractor pre -engagement screening and onboarding
Maintain accurate and up -to -date commercial compliance databases
Adhere to established commercial compliance procedures
Assist with additional tasks to support high compliance standards across the organizationLocation:
