Essential
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
Preferred
M.Pharm, MBA (Operations), or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience
812 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations.
Minimum 35 years of experience in handling external/contract manufacturing operations.
Required Skills Competencies
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and GMP requirements.
Knowledge of revised Schedule M, WHO GMP, and regulatory expectations.
Positive planning, vendor management, and coordination skills.
Solid analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems, production tracking, and MIS reporting.
