Role Description

Full-time, on site Talent Acquisition Executive based in Noida.

You will own recruitment end to end, sourcing, screening, first round interviews, interview coordination, offer rollout and onboarding handover. The bulk of the work is field sales hiring across NCR, Punjab, Haryana and UP, alongside operations, warehouse and marketing roles as we scale.

Build and maintain talent pipelines so we are not starting from zero on every requisition




Work with hiring managers to translate business needs into transparent role requirements
Maintain accurate trackers, recruitment reports and candidate records
Ensure a clean, responsive candidate experience from first contact to joining
Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation compliance

Required
1+ year of recruitment experience, in house or agency
Hands on with end-to-end hiring, sourcing to closure, not just coordination
Comfortable with volume hiring, particularly field sales roles
Fluent in Hindi and English
Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and referral sourcing
Organised, with solid follow-through, someone who chases closure without being chased
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Positive to have
Exposure to healthcare, medical devices or consumer products
Interest in employer branding, you will have room to shape how we present ourselves as we grow
