Job Summary

USA Online Network is looking for a Partner Growth & Digital Outreach Executive to support the development of our U.S. partner network.

The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, outbound email, follow-up, appointment setting, CRM management and partner acquisition.

This is a target-oriented business development position with a strong digital component.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential business partners across the USA.
Build and maintain qualified B2B prospect databases.
Find relevant decision-makers and contact information.
Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
Execute outbound email campaigns.
Work with Mailgun and other email marketing tools.
Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn and online meetings.
Explain the USA Online Partner program to prospective partners.
Qualify leads and arrange online meetings/demonstrations.
Maintain all lead and sales information in Zoho CRM.
Update lead status, activities, follow-ups and prospects.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.




Assist in creating email campaigns, LinkedIn content and marketing material.
Assist with partner presentations, brochures, videos and landing-page content.
Monitor outreach performance and recommend improvements.
Work with management to develop and improve the partner acquisition process.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:
25 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / lead generation / digital marketing.
Excellent English communication skills.
Solid written English.
Good internet research capabilities.
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or prospecting.
Experience with CRM software.
Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Robust follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based businesses.
Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.
